In honor of my son's birthday, Fridays' recipe is an easy and fun cupcake treat.
I made cupcakes to take into my son's classroom today, so this morning when I was packing lunches my daughter asked if she could have a one. The problem was I didn't have a way to pack it so the frosting didn't make everything a mess. These cupcakes help to solve that messy dilemma.

Less calories, still festive and fun, and sure to be a hit for everyone!
