Friday's Recipe

Yesterday was my son's 14 birthday. His request was homemade strawberry ice-cream. We decided to make some rhubarb sauce to go over it...It was yummy!

Rhubarb sauce

4 cups cut up rhubarb
1 cup sugar(about)
2 tsp. Tapioca
1/2 cup water

Mix sugar & water in saucepan. Cook about 10 minutes, or until rhubarb is soft.
